{{Mallorie knows her, but for the sake of others, I'm posting her here^^}}
Name: Door van Foyer (van’ foy AY’)
Age: 16 + 3 minutes
Race: Hylian
Lives: She’s not really one to grow roots in any place.
Appearance: Her black hair is cut boyishly short and rather choppy; her skin is quite pale, which makes her dark blue eyes stand out even more. Door wears a single gold hoop earring in her right ear, that being the only jewelry she will wear. Her clothing is simple—a dark-colored blouse, a knee-length skirt, leather sandals.
Powers: She can…open things. Anything. Anywhere. I guess the term ‘window’ would fit better, seeing as the openings she makes don’t have hinges, or swing open like doors. But saying ‘door’ sounds better to me. So I’m keeping it like that. ^^ Anyway, she can open doors from one place to any other place, but only one. After one door has been opened, another cannot be opened to that exact place. Say she wanted to open a door into Kakariko Village. Once she opens a door and closes it, the closest another door could get to the first spot would be about thirty feet or so. This could be seen as a problem in small, cramped areas, such as a dungeon or a house where she could run out of room after some time.
Persona: Door is the youngest child of triplets, and her older siblings are both boys. You can see how that could’ve affected her. She’s grown up having to fight for her spot in life, and won’t back down to any challenge. She’s a perfectly likeable person, don’t get me wrong, but if you comment on the subject of girls being inferior, prepare for a fight. She won’t take no for an answer, and she’ll never admit to being weaker than her brothers (because…um…she isn’t, anymore).
Background: Door is the daughter of a noble family in Hyrule, but she’s never really liked the ‘Noble Life’, as her parents put it. Like her brothers, she’s always raring for an adventure, danger, suspense, anything besides the ho-hum life that she had at home. Her parents looked down upon her, anyway, for her reckless attitude and wanderlust, so she decided to leave home and start her own adventure. She tagged along after her brothers, not wanting to miss this opportunity.
